PIVOT offers participants a 9-week program that begins with workshops to create self-discovery, allowing women to rediscover their values and skills, and ends with practical workforce applications to make a successful transition to employment.

Candidates have been vetted before joining our program and are serious about change. In addition to assisting with job-readiness, PIVOT also works to mitigate barriers to employment such as transportation, childcare, stable housing and more. We also provide therapeutic resources to our members. We are committed to launching forth candidates who showcase the integrity of PIVOT’s Workforce Development Program. At PIVOT, we have the privilege of assisting transformative work. We are working to change the narrative around reentry through assisting with a second chance at success. We believe our members are not only capable but will be some of your most dedicated and loyal team members. RESOURCE HUBS & PRESENTATIONS
We not only assist our ladies but we assist the community by offering opportunities to connect to our Workforce Partners through PIVOT Resource Hubs. These Resource Hubs leverage our network by offering training, employment, and educational opportunities to the public.
We also invite our Workforce Partners the opportunity to present throughout the 9-week cohort. This allows early access to our network and provides hope for transitions after PIVOT Graduation.
